The location was great, right in the heart of the city and close to everything we wanted to visit. The staff was friendly and welcoming, always ready to help. We also appreciated the cleanliness of the whole place, with fresh towels and linens provided every day. The heating worked well, keeping us warm on cold winter nights.
What a disaster! We booked during the New Year holiday and the hotel was a complete letdown.

On the bright side, the hotel was conveniently located and had a charming atmosphere. It was situated close to a pub where we enjoyed a delicious meal, and the beautiful surroundings made for a pleasant stay. the room was clean and provided all the necessary amenities such as fresh towels and tea and coffee facilities.
The room was incredibly small, with a bed pushed up against the wall, making it difficult to access. the TV didn't work, and we couldn't even open the window, resulting in a stuffy and uncomfortable night's sleep.
